About this ebook

Groups form for better or worse.

By understanding how groups form, their purpose and their single-mindedness, you can help save our country.

Some groups are positive, build people up and create unity among our citizens. Others create hate, discontent, and chaos. Once you understand how groups form and how to identify the types of members every group contains, you can choose to help one and destroy another.

Use this information wisely, and our country might just survive.

    Preface

As described in my book How to Fix the USA: Understanding Needs, every single person has a basic need to feel as though they belong to a group and are loved.  Those who start groups not only understand this need in others, they exploit this need.

Exploit might seem like a harsh word, but if the need is exploited for something that is good for the exploited, good for the community and good for the country as a whole, then it just becomes a tool.  Like any tool, exploitation can be used for good or evil.

The goal of this book is to educate readers on the basics of group dynamics, how groups form, how to identify positive groups and negative groups and how to support the good and break the bad.  Once the readers has this information and understanding, they can, of course, do with it as they wish.  However, it is my hope and goal that readers do nothing but good with it and therefore make these United States a better place by fixing the problem of negative groups.

Throughout this book I will be using the pronoun he instead of he or she or he and she.  This is not due to some deep-seeded desire to blame men for everything, not is it based on misogynistic tendencies.  Instead, I will be referring to he as a means of keeping this book clear and free of unnecessary words.  Also, I believe I can safely assume that the ladies who read this book may be glad I didn’t switch back and forth between he and she as I describe some very bad behavior that some people do.  If this offends you, you may send your hate-mail to the address listed on the copyright page.

Furthermore, I will not refer to black people as African Americans because I sincerely doubt there are enough people in the United States who hold dual citizenship with this country and any African nations to offend.  This is the same reason I will not be referring to white people as European Americans.  If you are one of the very few Americans who do hold such citizenship, you have my apology.  If not, and you are offended, please send your hate-mail to the address listed
