What’s the oldest profession in the world? Nope - you’re close, but it’s not prostitution... it’s SALES! (Think about it). From street vendor, to pharmaceutical rep to real estate mogul, the game of life is the game of selling. And if you develop the ability and have what it takes to truly excel in selling cars, then those same traits and abilities can be used to sell anything else from erasers to homes to mega-yachts and private jets. Sales is sales is sales.
After all, the bottom line here is to improve your sales skills and bring in more personal income... Therefore, I will begin by imparting upon you one of my gems. Let’s call it one of Rudi’s Rubies
just to cheese this whole thing up a bit, okay? Although it’s a play on words - they’re words to live by in the sales business:

Moving on... Sales is all about the PATHWAY TO YES
. The entire goal is to convince the client to say YES
to whatever it is you happen to be pitching. Getting to YES
entails several factors that include the following:
ATTITUDE: It takes a certain attitude, a special charm and charisma to grease the rails and ease the pathway and get to YES
. Think about it. How many grumpy sales people do you know? And how successful are they? ‘Not very’ is right. Who likes a grumpy sales person? Potential clients are not naive. They read people all day long just like you do. Simply slapping a fake smile across your mug and extending your hand in greeting won’t cut it. Yeah, you may stumble upon sales occasionally in the same way a broken clock stumbles upon the correct time twice a day... but that’s no way to sell. Take pride in what you do.
Have you ever been to a party or other occasion, even a business meeting, where you were introduced to someone and they completely swept you in
? I’m not talking about in a romantic way. I mean the person you meet that you feel an almost instant connection to. You
