About this ebook

The founder and CEO of BodybyDre teaches us how to use the body we have to shape the body we want! His 30-day bodyweight program is a proven method consisting of more than 70 exercises. With each workout being within 20 minutes or less, there is always time to level up. The workouts sharpen your body and mind, while the food recommendations provide a path to enhance and sustain your edge. You don’t need a gym membership, fancy equipment or a rack full of weights. All you need is you.

Human optimization thought leader Andre Aiken’s mantra asks one question: Will you Resign or Resist?

Aiken answers that question in Level Up! an empowering eBook that guides readers on applying the “Compass Theory.” In his own words, “Life is heavy and one needs to be strong in order to carry it.” Strength is accessed and expressed in 4 different ways or directions: Mental (North), Spiritual (South), Physical (East), and Emotional (West).

Level Up! Body By Dre’s 30-Day Bodyweight Program is a must have quick read and personal manual for every man and woman – packed with time-efficient and effective strategies that empower you to live a healthier life, tap into your inner-strength, and level up.

    INTRODUCTION

You suck! You’re not good enough! You’re trash! You’re too weak! You can’t do it! You’re wasting your time! Give Up! You’re worthless! You’re useless!

You’ve likely been told this by your peers, friends, family, coworkers, and/or worst of all, yourself. This negativity has been infecting people for so long that it is deemed almost normal to think this way. With enough time this belief system can dictate your well-being and lead to a breaking point.

The type of life you’ll live is determined by your decision at this breaking point. This breaking point will present to you a fork in the road. The road to your left is labeled resign. Down this road, you announce to yourself and everyone around you that negativity has consumed you and you have become its slave. You are a slave to the inevitable obstacles that life will throw at you and give them permission to walk all over you.

The road to your right is labeled resist. Down this road, you announce that you have had enough. Life has been punching you in the face and you’ve decided to punch back. You aim to have a better life and anyone or anything that impedes on that goal will be dealt with ASAP. The inevitable obstacles of life will serve as fuel to the flames inside of you.

There are pros and cons to both roads.

The pro for deciding to resign is that it has easy entry. It’s also encouraged by others who have gone down this road. The retention rate of this road is very high. It’s even comforting how supportive people will be of your decision. You will meet plenty of people who have gone down this road and it will feel like you are a part of this huge community of people that decided to resign. You will not feel lonely. The con is that it is exceedingly hard to turn back. Both your current belief system and the people you come across will try their absolute best to keep you chained down.

The pro to deciding to resist is that a whole new world opens up for you. You’ll be met with positivity and opportunity. You’ll be exposed to new parts of yourself. The benefits are endless down this road. The cons for this road are that it is cold, uncomfortable, and lonely. A lot of people turn around and decide to resign. The retention rate is much lower. You will have a lot less people supporting you when you go down this road initially. It is constantly challenging going down this road and it will be anything but easy. There will be times where deciding to resign seems like a better option.

A pro to both roads is that they are always open.

You can always decide to resign, get comfortable, and accept your life situation, and do basically nothing to improve it. You can also always decide to resist against anything negative in your life and try to move towards something more positive. A con to both roads is they both lead to pain and suffering. By choosing to resign on your left you’ll suffer the pain of regret, depression, anxiety, lack of self-love, and self-worth and undergo a process of deterioration. You’ll view the world through a negative lens and only have the comfort of unaccountability to keep you afloat.

By choosing resist on your right
