    Many people are hurting today because of a number painful experiences, many are in situations that can be described as a valley experience. A valley speaks of seasons of intense pain in one's life. In this book, you will read about five valleys in the Bible and how these valley represent different forms of pain in our lives. the five valley explained in this book are; the valley of Siddim which speaks of pain due to wrong choices; the valley of Elah speaks of pain because of the enemy desiring to stop the birthing of your great dream; the valley of Baca is a place of deep emotion pain; the valley of Archor is a valley of pain due our disobedience to God; the last valley is the valley of dry bones which is the valley pain due to the disobedience of our forefathers.
    In this book, examples are given that shows how the author and other people came out of painful valley. The importance of reading the word, prayer and fasting, progressive daily routine, reading books, and many others things is explained as keys to coming out of the valley.

    I Am a Zambian Pastor working under the Apostolic Church in Zambia, I pastor a growing Church called Deliverance Centre in Samfya, northern Zambia. I also hold the position of District Bishop for Luapula South within the Apostolic Church in Zambia. I have been in ministry since 2001, am involved in evangelistic outreaches in most parts of Zambia, I have planted two Churches that are growing under the leadership of other ministers that took over the works. I am a conference speaker, speaking in a number of countries within Africa. I am married to Diana Mwale and God has blessed us with three boys.

      This book gives hope and shows hope to anyone going through a tough and rough time in life. It offers redemption due to wrong choices once made in life if certain things are done right. It encourages to rise above adversity in such times knowing with full conviction of God’s help.

      It describes how to come out of weeping and tears knowing that such a condition is temporal, if only the attitude is corrected and right things are done. Any valley we go through, works for our good when we take the right steps. I encourage every reader to soak himself or herself with the content of this book. It refreshes your spirit and energizes you with hope to go to next step in your life.
