About this ebook
There is no such thing as a good or bad discipline. There is only a trained discipline and an untrained discipline.

- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5What a strange book of stories that are irrelevant to discipline. 'A person created a business, kept at it and became wealthy and created a good business. This is discipline.' Not a fan of this book, a waste of time.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Thee best book for staying focused on your goals and steering clear of distractions. I read this each night before bed and at one point started reading bits to my 9-year-old daughter. She loved it! She said it really helps her understand things better. She has ADHD and she was catching good lessons from this!

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Good if self discipline isn’t totally your strength. Learn the strategies and it’ll be easier. The strategies are laid out pretty straightforward in this book.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Amazing! Love the story of the marshmallow test and how Thomas Edison figured out the light bulb. Self discipline is definitely something we need mastery in our life if we want to achieve great things.
Afterall, isn't it so true that we either suffer the PAIN of discipline or the PAIN of regrets?1 person found this helpful
