Ashurran was born in a tribe of fierce female warriors. As a child, she played with swords and spears. She had the only path before her, to become the tribe chief after her mother. Yet Ashurran dreamt of strange lands, of bigger battles, of greater fame. She took the magical Gates to Glory, traveled to another world and won renown, riches, the rank of general and a husband (beside many lovers of both sexes). She met sorcerers and kings, elves and savages, dragons and demons. She became a goddess.

Five stories about Yuuji, son of the great female warrior Ashurran and the wise sea dragon Laibhao of the Cobalt-Blue Scales. Yuuji is wise, but naïve; reserved but capable of great love. He has an appearance very unique even for this world with demons, elves and dragons: blue skin with scales, golden eyes with vertical pupils and ears with long pointed tips. Despite his inhuman looks, he is beautiful, kind and sympathetic to humans. A companion book to Ashurran: Gates to Glory. It’s not necessary to read Gates to Glory first, there are no spoilers here, only the general information about Ashurran who was an epic heroine of the whole world of Ekleipsis series. There are characters mentioned who appear in other books, such as Ekleipsis and Royal Blood.
