    About the Author

    Introduction

21 Days to Awaken Your Power won’t claim to be a cure-all magic trick that will miraculously solve all your problems. However, if an individual makes SINCERE EFFORT and follows the instructions contained within this guide, the author guarantees he/she will see positive transformational change in their life. How do I know? The methodology contained within this course is the very same I used to author change within my own life.

My name is Jean-Luc Panda Hirabayashi, and at the time of this writing,

The only two places I’d ever heard food called chow or getting in the chow line were in these two locales. Poor quality of food non-withstanding, I was lucky enough to already be familiar with meditation prior to being locked up. I realized this was an excellent opportunity to deepen my practice - really, what else was I going to do? There were times in there where it felt like sitting still was impossible - especially with the noise in the main bay area. However, with consistent practice and
