    Cutting Calories for Quick Weight Loss

    This diet plan involves cutting your calories drastically, so that your body burns more fat and gets rid of excess bloating and water weight quickly. Most people, depending on height, weight and build, can consume anywhere from 2,000 to 2,500 calories per day to maintain their current weight. On this diet, you will eat about 1,000 calories per day to help your body to very quickly drop the weight you do not want.

    What to Eat and Drink

    There are also certain foods that have been tested and proven to help you to shed more fat than other diet foods. With Advanced Slimming, you will not only slash the number of calories that you consume per day by at least half, you will also eat a mix of foods that will jump start your metabolism and still provide the nutrients that you need for health. The foods that you will eat in your plan include:

    Coffee (Black with no sugar or cream added) 

    Tuna 

    Grapefruit 

    Cottage Cheese 

    Hot Dogs
