    I've tried numerous diets for over 15 years before I realized it's not going to work. This book on the Flexitarian Diet is a lifestyle I can handle, FINALLY! Dr. W. Ness expressed and explained it to me in simple but also a terrific way that I couldn't stop reading, start to finish in a day! And I want to read it again. Absolutely refreshing.
