- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This little self-help book is a decent place to start if you're just lost about how to wrestle yourself into some self-discipline. The book lays out some basic concepts, like tackling one task at a time, take on meditation, treat yourself well, etc. Then the book goes on to give you examples of how to carry out each of those ideas. Just love this book.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This is basically a compilation of the other Evan Scott’s book, get this if you haven’t started reading the series. If not, I’d suggest getting just the individual ones like I did! Unless you’re a fanatic reader like me.
