The most powerful message found in the book is that we must move away from being problem solvers, and concentrate our efforts on becoming people developers.

I would recommend that if you are interested, do read the printed book. So many parts to underline, so many annotations necessary, better have paper and pen. The book is absolutely BRILLIANT!

Great book if you have kids, if you manage people at work, if you're in a leadership position, if you're your own boss. The coaching habit, truly delivers (at least for this summary). Kudos!
