      We can all either choose to OWN our life or blame others and destroy our life. The book teaches you that.

      This book has a lot of exercise and valuable insight that will help you in any areas of your life. Highly recommend to others specially to those who want to change themselves.

      This book takes the reader through counseling sessions with the author. While it has some very good things I found beneficial, it also has crazy parts. I did enjoy the illustrations throughout.
