      Glad I picked it up. This was a recommended book but this summary gave me the bullets I needed to take from the book.

      Adam Grant writing style is well-researched and his narrative flows so well that you don't realize how much you are learning as you read. I highly recommend this book for anyone needing a refreshing look at their careers or lives.
