About this ebook

This, the second book in the autobiographic series, A Journey of Healing, is my story of attempting to escape the dysfunctional family of origin, an attempt that took many twists and turns before I finally found myself in a new world as an adult.

I left home as a folk-music playing flower-child of the late sixties.  I hitch-hiked across Canada at the time of Woodstock with a young lady love, the quintessential Flower Child, the precursor of the hippies of the early 70s.

As all good stories go, love is lost and the young man finds himself again wandering across Canada and north-western USA in search of healing for his broken heart.
