    Have you ever felt a pressure upon your thinking or thoughts that is compelling you to lie, steal, cheat, give false information, commit fornication or adultery, watch pornographic movies, peep through the door key hole while a lady is having a shower, take what rightfully belongs to another, turn friends against each other, seek the help of the dark side through idol worship, murder, hurt or do evil tot another?

    Have you ever been tempted to do that which you know is morally wrong?

    Have you ever being in a situation where your emotions was overpowered and taken over by a certain force or desire – you just couldn't control yourself; something kept on pushing you, and pushing you – you knew deep down inside that what you are about to do was wrong, but the drive – the desire – the urge was too strong, all you could see was the moments pleasure or satisfaction derivable from the act, you finally lost all will to resist, and before you could say "jack", you have committed the act – you yielded to the wrong compelling force and afterwards felt bad for what you have done?

    We often feel weak and devastated under the power and weakening arms of temptation which makes us to wonder if we can live and rise above every temptation we face.

    Dealing with temptations and being able to overcome them stems from understanding the platform the devil uses to tempt us. If we must successfully walk and live in the Spirit, we ought to understand these platforms; how they are deployed and used to tempt us to do that which God frowns at.

    This book was written to help acquire these insights and be able to position yourself to overcome temptations.
