About this ebook

The blue whale is the biggest creature on Earth. But a hollow Mount Everest could hold billions of whales! And though Mount Everest is enormous, it is pretty small compared to the Earth. This book is an innovative exploration of size and proportion.

This book starts with a blue whale and tell about how large it is in relation to other things on earth and in our galaxy. It uses a lot of tough vocabulary that i dont think most children would be able to understand. It might also be hard for them to grasp just how small of pieces we are in our universe at such young ages.

Enjoyed by our boys and stored in the attic for the next generation, enough said.

A nice concept book on relative size. Useful for units on measurement or the solar system (the book quickly moves from comparing living things to discussing outer space.)
