Keto For Beginners: What Makes The Ketogenic Diet Different?
There are TONS of diets out there.
Enough to make you crazy.
Here’s a quick summary of the most popular ones and how they compare to keto.
Atkins Diet – Though both diets are low in carbohydrates, the keto diet focuses on fat consumption and there are recommended ratios for carbohydrates, protein, and fats. The Atkins diet is more concerned with its four phases, with one leading to short term ketosis. The maintenance phase of the Atkins diet is decidedly not as low carb as you would be on the keto diet.
