    Air Baked Eggs Air Fryer Recipes

    Preparation Time: 10 minutes

    Cook Time: 25 minutes

    Ingredients

    1 tablespoon of olive oil

    1 pound of baby spinach

    4 large refrigerated eggs

    4 tablespoons of full cream milk

    7 ounces of sliced leg ham

    Unsalted butter

    Salt and pepper

    Instructions

    1. Butter up 4 ramekins or you can use any ovenproof container that you have.

    2. Using a stove, heat the olive oil and cook the baby spinach till it becomes wilted then drain off any excess water.

    3. Share the cooked spinach evenly over the ramekins.

    4. Divide the ham equally over the four ramekins.

    5. Break an egg into each of the ramekin and add 1 tablespoon of milk.

    6. Sprinkle the ramekin with salt and pepper as desired.

    7. Place the ramekin into a 350°F pre-heated air fryer and bake for about 15–20 minutes or until the egg white sets.

    8. Serve and enjoy.

    Baked Eggs In Bread Air Fryer Recipes

    Preparation Time: 10 minutes

    Cook Time: 30 minutes

    Servings: 4

    Ingredients

    4 large eggs

    4 tablespoons heavy cream

    4 crusty dinner rolls or more

    4 tablespoons of chopped mixed herbs (parsley, chives and tarragon)

    salt and pepper

    grated Parmesan cheese

    Instructions

    1. Cut off the top of each of the dinner roll and carefully remove some of the bread till there is a hole wide enough to put an egg.

    2. Arrange the rolls on a baking sheet, reserve the tops then crack an egg into each of the roll and top each the eggs with the herbs and a bit of cream.

    3. Season the rolls with the salt, pepper and sprinkle with the Parmesan.

    4. Bake the rolls at a 350°F for about 20 to 25 minutes or until the eggs become set and the bread is toasted.

    5. After the eggs have become set, put the bread tops on baking sheet and bake until it turns golden brown.

    6. Allow the rolls to rest for 5 minutes then place the tops on the rolls, serve warm and enjoy.

    Breakfast Souffle Air Fryer Recipes

    Preparation Time: 3 minutes

    Cook Time: 8 minutes

    Ingredients

    4 eggs

    4 tablespoons of light cream

    Parsley

    red chilli pepper

    Instructions

    1. Smoothly chop the parsley and chilli.

    2. Place the eggs into a bowl then stir in the cream, pepper and parsley.

    3. Fill the dishes halfway up with the egg mixture.

    4. Bake the soufflés at 392°F for 8 minutes.

    5. Serve warm and enjoy.

    Note

    If you want the soufflés baveux (that is soft), bake for just 5 minutes.

    Breakfast Sandwich Air Fryer Recipes

    Preparation Time: 1 minute

    Cook Time: 6 minutes

    Servings: 1

    Ingredients

    1 egg

    1 English muffin

    1 pinch of pepper and salt

    1 English bacon or 2 streaky bacons

    Instructions

    1. Break the egg into an ovenproof bowl or soufflé cup.

    2. Put the egg, bacon and muffin into the air-fryer.

    3. Bake at 392°F for about 6 minutes.

    4. Assemble the sandwich, serve and enjoy.
