In response to numerous requests, I agreed to publish the book Know Your Totem Animal in English. I apologize for the inaccurate translation and I hope that it will be appreciated anyway.

    Enjoy the reading!

This book is dedicated to all interesting people about the spiritual dimension of existence and the psychological aspects of personality.

It is an invitation to learn more about oneself through the encounter with magical and ancestral forces called Totem Animals, Guide Animals and Power Animals. Astral entities that walk beside us, protect us, give us their talents and help us to follow the direction chosen by our soul.

    Totem Animals

They act as a mirror, they advise wisely, they bring their talents as gifts.

They are the guide animals and listening to them is worthwhile.

Ancestral forces accompany us step by step throughout our existence. They are atavistic and powerful energies, they support us on clear days and in dark moments, they help us when we achieve success and when we see an objective vanish, guide us in silence and through chaos, I am by our side if we need a friendly presence, they are close to us to advise us, to warn us, to give us their talents.

They are the guiding animals, astral entities that bring together the characteristics of all the members of a species and have functions of protection, direction and help for the individual. Each of us is accompanied by at least one of these spirits for life, while others stand side by side, for longer or shorter periods, as needed.

These spirits perform their task regardless of whether we realize it or not, but being aware of it allows us to get to know each other better and to consciously tap into their wisdom and power.

These spirits also perform other functions than those just mentioned. Those who walk next to us for life, for example, do not just protect us and guide us, but also symbolize our personality, and by observing and studying them, we understand ourselves better. Those who support us only for a stretch of the road, besides giving us what we need most at the right time, help us to understand in what existential stage we are, and by deepening their knowledge, we learn to navigate more safely along our evolutionary path.

All the animal archetypes that we encounter on our way, try to communicate with us to give us anticipations, signal a favorable period, advise against a risky action, warn us of a hidden enemy, bring to our attention an unconscious concern or suggest possible solutions to facing an obstacle. Establishing a relationship with them is always beneficial.

Discovering your own animal totem is a fascinating journey that reconnects to the primordial energy and the true self. It is a magical, unforgettable, illuminating act. And despite its size, it is a simple process, which implies above all the desire to want to see, because the guide animal is already there, close to us.

When we have identified our animal, contact can be increased and stabilized through knowledge. On the physical plane, we can observe the animal in its environment, study it, do research, but also get or create with our hands, objects or images that represent it. On the spiritual level, we can communicate with him in dreams or through meditation.

    Know yourself

The quality of our life depends very much on the degree of knowledge we have of ourselves and of the phases we are going through and, in this sense, archetypal animals are an invaluable aid.

Are we as alert and clever as a fox or as pure as a dove? Do we have the sharpness and mental clarity of the hawk or the lightness and metamorphosis capacity of the butterfly? Are we sociable like the chimpanzee or shrewd and transformative like the snake?

Are we going through a period of psychic regeneration under the protection of the dolphin or is the bear guiding us towards introspection and rooting? Is the raccoon teaching us the art of acting or are we learning from the rat to be a perfectionist and to specialize in a job?

    Do we
