      Geoff pulled off the highway, a quick glance in the rear view mirror confirmed that the blue van was still behind him. Reaching across he stroked down her thigh and squeezed her knee.

      Are you still sure about this?

      Akinyi, his wife of three years turned to face him and smiled. I love making you happy. she replied.

      I didn’t ask about that, he said, I asked if you were sure?

      Akinyi nodded, yes she was sure, and that had come as a surprise because until just two months earlier she would never have dreamed she would agree to such a thing, it was even more unbelievable that she also had to admit that she actually loved what he made her do.

      Except he never really made me do anything she reminded herself, it had all come from a chat that had started in the local pub.

      You see those two? he had leaned forward to whisper into her ear as they both studied the couple that had just taken a table at the opposite end of the bar, The rumour is that they swing, well, not exactly swing in the proper sense, more like he shares her.

      Swing? Akinyi had asked, it was a term that didn’t register any real significance, and certainly didn’t seem to merit furtive whispering. What do you mean, he shares her?
