    She learned how to lose almost half her weight by following the keto diet but with modifications that allowed her to be less strict and have more fun with eating. The result is a dirty and lazy keto version which helped her stay on her desired weight for five years now.

    The book details how Stephanie's unique diet enabled her to lose unwanted extra weight. She writes with humor and uses easy-to-understand explanations to give readers a clear view of her weight loss experience, strategies, and food lists. She reveals that she was a size 26 and weighed almost 300 pounds. Classified as obese III on the BMI scale, she reveals she can't find clothes that have her size. Seatbelts didn't fit her either.
