    FOREWORD

    Dear all,

Summarizing and writing reflections about what I come across as reader has always been gratifying. As I write them down, the sensation I have is that I am contributing not only for spreading those topics that I consider important, but also registering moments of reflection regarding our role as professionals, in a continuous quality improvement context, the search for the excellence and the need for everyone’s participation in the daily creation practice of a new organization, that respects people and encourages the absolute expression of its employees; assuming the responsibility to make their workplace happier, more human, positive, pleasing, respectful, healthy and stimulating.
