The princess and the begger sitting,

The poor and the rich mixing,

    Looking to the alter expecting,

A heavenly word packed with blessing,

From Him like manner so fulfilling.

    Fellowship in church we love,

    Therein strength emanates believe,

For you and me brethren we receive,

Then go our ways to love and forgive,

For His greatest command is love.

    Thou art loosed

    She came and sat behind,

    Condemned for things inland,

    Sad when heart was bound,

She sat cowed like a vagabond.

    Head bowed in shame,

    Thoughts of rejection troublesome,

    She prayed silently to overcome,

Heard by none and seemingly lonesome.

Yet victory came like rain from heaven,

From Him who knows the broken,

    Who chooses them to strengthen,

With love lifting the heavy burden.

    Suddenly her head was lifted
