    This book explores Jesus’ three temptations in the desert at the beginning of His ministry, and three more that can be found afterward in the Gospels toward the end of His ministry. There are several takeaways that can be gained from studying Jesus’ response to them. While we tend to view temptations as a bad thing, they are necessary stepping-stones to growth in Christ. It is in the fires of temptation that our faith is refined and our character is developed. Six examples of how Jesus dealt with trials and temptation can be found in the Gospels. They provide valuable guidelines that help us deal with our own.
