    Who can benefit from the techniques in this book?

    EVERY PERSON HAS THE capacity to make their lives better and use the techniques explained in this book, it is simply a matter of paying attention to the choices that you make and making choices that will benefit you in the long term instead of driving you towards your anxiety, depression procrastination and insecurities.     THE TOPICS AND METHODS that are talked about in this book tested, tried by me and true. These topics are based off of my years of life experience tutoring students in math and talking to people a lot about what their problems are. I then make careful observations of what people can do to solve these problems and by self-reflection create questions that lead into the topic that I am going to cover in the sections of this book. I have examined how life works and aim to make it easier for the reader to understand the reasons as to why emotions are the way they are and what you can do in order to change them.

    Chapter I: Advice for Your Emotions.

    How is music of therapeutic value?

    THERE ARE MANY WAYS to cheer yourself up and increase your ability to feel happiness when in times of inevitable (disease, death or loss of any kind) crises in life. There are many ways to become more resilient when it comes to the moments when you are in suffering and need to become more unemotional. I have found that I can easily cheer myself up when I am having a difficult day by listening to music that I like.

    There have been moments when I turn on the radio and I hear a song that I like and then it takes my mind off of the things that were held in my mind previously. Music has therapeutic value when it comes to helping people get over their depression and anxiety.

    Music serves as a temporary distraction that makes the problems in life seem more distant and therefore less permanent (because no problem is really permanent). The cycle of repetitive negative thoughts can be cut off (you can stop focusing on negative thoughts) by a well-placed song and this is a very good thing because by listening to music you get the freedom that you need to change your thoughts by method of interrupting your negativity. You have the freedom to change the frequency of your thought patterns with the use of music.

    Why is having fun while doing what you love attractive?

    THE POINT OF LIFE IS to do something that you love every day and get paid to do that thing. The activity that you are doing right now for money does not have to be the job that you love most in life.

    The thing that you are doing now for work must be a stepping stone to working at a place where you do what you love to do because at the end of the day you want to be advancing towards your goal in life of becoming completely involved with the things that you do day in and day out every day in order to live in society and become happy as an individual or as part of a social group.

    Something that really helps you become happier in life is if you figure out what you love early on in life. If you are doing something that you love everyday as work then it will not feel like work and therefore you will have limitless energy to continue doing what you are supposed to be doing as a job.

    For me writing is something that is fulfilling and makes me able to become happier and more energetic the more effort and time that I put into writing. This in turn makes me become a better, more experienced writer.

    How do I get rid of my incredible anger?

    FORGIVE YOURSELF. THAT is the key to releasing and ridding yourself of your unwittingly self-imposed anger problem: forgive the fact that things did not go as you had originally planned. If you do not like something, then you must change it as soon as you can for yourself.

    Forgive yourself first and then you can forgive others. The root of anger is unresolved emotions that are still cooking inside your mind and affect your physical, mental and emotional state.
