Introduction
I want to thank you and congratulate you for downloading the book, "Binge Eating Liberation".
This book has lots of actionable information on how to overcome binge eating forever.
We all have to eat when we are hungry to supply our bodies with energy. Normally, we are supposed to feel full after eating then take several hours before we can feel hungry again.
But what if the body’s self-regulatory mechanism is not working as it should? What if you can eat until you are full and add some more to an extent that you are feeling too uncomfortable or even puke to go for another serving? Well, in such cases, this becomes a disorder.
Do you find yourself eating to a point where you want to vomit then go for another serving ‘because the food is just too tasty’? Do you often get embarrassed by your excessive eating to the extent that you have to hide how much you eat or even hide some food so that you can eat ‘without being judged’?
Well, if that’s that case, you need help because you might be suffering from binge eating disorder. If you are suffering from binge eating disorder where you overeat every time you feel powerless or out of control, which later makes you feel uncomfortable, shameful, guilty or even depressed making you want to eat again, then you are not eating for the right reasons.
But the thing is; being addicted to food is not your fault. Over time, your brain has somehow gotten hardwired to associate food with all kinds of emotions; if you are happy, you celebrate with a cake for instance and when sad, you want to eat something sweet to ‘drown’ your sorrows. This of course is not a healthy relationship with food; you are addicted to food, an addiction like any other e.g. addiction to cocaine.
If you want help on how to overcome binge eating, this book offers all the help you need to set yourself free from the chains of food addiction. It will help you to understand whether you have a binge eating disorder or just have episodes of overeating, show you the psychology of overeating, and discuss the biology behind food addiction, how to overcome binge eating and much, much more!
Thanks again for downloading this book. I hope you enjoy it!
