    This work was written with the support of the Young Creators scholarship, provided by the State Fund for Culture and the Arts 2005 of the state of Coahuila de Zaragoza.     1. Feet

    1.1 Podiatrist:

    To Edgar Santana

    I gift thighs without cellulite

    shaved calves

    because of the varicose veins I no longer stand in wait

    for a ballet dancer to come

    or a tap, tango or salsa dancer

    nor running tracks

    the New York marathon was closed

    I am no good at relays

    I do not compete in the Olympics

    I prefer a wheelchair

    or crutches for the soul

    I do not want to be an apostle just to be washed

    heels and powdered guilt

    My three second love affairs

    on your marks

    get set

    GO!

    They persist like fungi

    They hurt like ingrown nails

    nobody warned me that for forgiveness

    knee pads were necessary

    I have only frayed socks

    Worn out tights
