Ectomorph:
Has very fast metabolism. They gain weight fast but lose it quickly too. They are usually skinny.
Mesomorph:
They have the ideal metabolism rate. They gain and lose weight fast but not as much as ectomorphs. Their bodies are made up of ideal ratios of fat and muscle.
Endomorph:
Their metabolism is slow. These are people who struggle to lose weight and keep it off.

Since this book is about endomorphs like you, we will focus more on its specific characteristics. An endomorph is characterized by the following physiological and anatomical traits:
Body fat percentage is higher:
