Description
In 2015 Cindy decided she no longer wanted her baby weight from her last child, who was 14 years old. So, at 47 she started walking a single mile every day. Eventually she decided to run a bit of that mile. The ball was rolling, and by the end of that year she had run 54 races! At each new distance she was left wondering what else she was capable of, and a few short years later she would be toeing the line of a 100km trail race. Cindy is a firecracker that pushes boundaries every chance she gets. She gives advice on how to go after what you want and how to handle a slightly more cautious family.
