Description

Paul Glenney is the US CEO of Hubject, Inc., and has been an early participant in the emobility industry since the U.S. launch of the Nissan LEAF and the BMW ActiveE. NRG eVgo, AeroVironment, Siemens and Faraday Future are just a few of the major players in the automotive, energy, and technology sectors where he gained extensive experience.   Hubject, the globally-recognized leader in electric vehicle (EV) interoperability, officially launched its U.S. operations from the company’s new U.S. headquarters in Santa Monica, Calif. Founded in 2012 to enable seamless charging for customers through an open and neutral business-to-business platform, Hubject, was quickly embraced in Europe and is now bringing their solution to the U.S. to support the country’s rapidly growing EV market.   Aaron Fisher is the Founder of ReCharge. He has almost a decade of experience in policy, innovation, and creative work through positions at Twitter, Square, The White House (Obama Administration), startups, and management consulting firm SYPartners (working directly with C-Suite executives). Founded companies and incubated projects with former Executives from Ferrari and leaders at Tesla.   At ReCharge, they are building a B2B platform solution that will allow any electric car maker to deploy fully transaction enabled cars. Whenever a vehicle interacts with parking, charging stations, fast food, and toll roads, it will be able to autopay without assistance from a plastic credit card or mobile app.     I want to say a heartfelt thank you to the 103 patrons of this podcast whose generosity means I get to keep making this show, which aims to entertain and inform thousands of listeners every day about a brighter future.
