He was a media relations representative on the East Coast for Buick Motor Division for 18 years. He’s an award-winning author and his latest book from the publisher at Motorbooks is, Day One, An Automotive Journalist’s Muscle-Car Memoir.  It is a front-line account of the performance wars raging in Detroit in the golden years of the 1960s from Martyn’s perspective as one of the most respected journalist in this era.
