Is it possible to feed my healthy microbiome with only 10g vegetable carbs per day? Hey guys, I have questions about how to best maintain my healthy microbiome while on the keto diet. I have researched this topic extensively and keep doing the math. My hunger is minimized and blood sugar is better controlled by counting TOTAL carbohydrates aiming for around 20g daily, including my vegetable intake. I never get more than 10g vegetable carbs per day. Is this enough for me to feed my good gut flora?
