Ellie's LCHF Meatballs1 lb ground beef1 lb ground hot/spicy italian sausage (if you can’t find ground, slice open cased sausages, and you can use regular italian sausage or another pound of ground beef)2/3 cup Parmesan cheese1/3 cup almond flour1 egg1 T minced onion2 t garlic powder1 T italian seasoning
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Mix all ingredients together well. Form into golf-ball sized balls and place into large baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
Debbie's Ranch Chicken1-2 lbs boneless chicken thighs1 cup chopped mushrooms1 8 oz bottle of ranch dressing ( I make my own ranch)i pkg cream cheese1 1/2 c mozzarella shredded
Place chicken incrock pot with the mushrooms and ranch dressing, cook on high for 4 hours. After the 4 hours, add the cream cheese and mozzarella cheese stir and cook til melted and heated through. Serve with cauliflower rice or by itself. Yummy!
