Description

Jungian analyst and author James Hollis returns to the podcast to discuss his book on relationships. The Eden Project: In Search of the Magical Other – A Jungian Perspective on Relationship is available at Amazon and directly from Inner City Books. You can also read an excerpt in ICB’s Spring/Summer 2006 newsletter, Jung at Heart No. 43.The back of the book reads: The Eden Project is a timely and thought-provoking corrective to the generalized fantasies about relationships that permeate our culture. This is not a practical guide on how to fix a relationship, but rather a challenge to greater personal responsibility in relationships, a call of individual growth as opposed to seeking rescue through others.James Hollis, Ph.D. was born in Springfield, Illinois, graduated from Manchester University in 1962 and Drew University in 1967.
