An arrest has been made in the death of 20-year-old Texas mom Brianna De La Cruz. Police arrested Kedreen Marque Pugh, 30, yesterday without incident. He has been charged with murder and faces additional charges of felony possession of a firearm and two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. De La Cruz's body was found on the side of the road last week with multiple gunshot wounds.
