2 Your final project paper should be approximately 8-10 pages and should be typed and presented neatly. It should start with your name and a title. The report should be self-contained; i.e., with basic knowledge of combustion one should understand it without having to read any related paper(s). It should include the following sections. 1. Brief introduction describe the objective of the paper and (if relevant) a brief discussion of related previously published work. 2. Description of the physical problem (include a sketch and/or diagram) 3. The mathematical formulation, including non-dimensionalization and scaling as appropriate. 4. Analysis (mathematical development, or numerical procedure) 5. Results (physical interpretation of the results, include only the important formulas and the relevant graphs/pictures, figures can be cut and pasted or scanned, as appropriate) 6. Conclusion (what is the answer to the question posed in the introduction, what conclusions can be drawn from the present analysis). 7. References - a list of relevant papers needed to understand your report (include title, journal, year, volume, pages).
