ABSTRACT Every object has three dimension, although we have fourth dimension as time.

We all know in this busy world time is one of the important factor. Time is one of the scarcest resource. We are not in position to create time. Time never stand "STILL" although it never seems to "FLIES". Time is evenly distributed to all the living things. Yet we find some hurry and bitterly we say there is no time. If we waste our money we lost only money, if we waste our time we lost part of our life. Before started our day atleast 5 to 10minutes everymorning mapping up our work(i.e.)we planning our work and working our plan. Due to some traffic we can't suppose to do (or)reach something within a time. So there is delay in our work. As engineer we all know that time and tide wait for no man. Nowadays most of the time are lost in traffic itself. As the engineer we should think and rectify this problem. In my point of view we want to first reduce the waiting time in railway crossing. We plan to rectify this problem because we stand in a open space for a long time if train comes late. Most of the vehicle drivers won't off their vehicle which in turn will create air pollution and noise pollution. The people who was standing there will affect by dust allergy, continous cough and so on. Not only health, our precious time will also be spent useless by standing there and afterwards going to have hospital because of above mentioned disease. There are many methods to solve this problem, we have selected a SUBWAY method. The subway is making a way underneath the railway track for people to walk through it. Subway is one of fastest construction and the traffic problem also solve faster. We have selected the place for constructing subway in SIVAKASI TO VELLIYAPURAM ROAD which is near YRTV school gate. There are so many method in subway. We have choosed cut and fill method. By undergoing this project we assure that we can control the above mentioned problem.
