Debtor-in-Possession bank accounts in the names ofDelta Produce, LP and Superior TomatoAvocado, Ltd. are being opened at Texas Capital Bank and the entire proceeds in the amount of $162,832.74 will be deposited into the respective accounts. Pursuant to the Court Orders approving the sales, a check in the amount of $23,317.97 is being issued to Bexar County to pay the 2011 personal property taxes.
