Liquidity and cash flow program will remove stress from businesses and families in

UAE



Contractors, Small businesses, entrepreneurs and families will receive payments in the UAE
between Nov 2012 and Jan 2013, it has been announced.

Gill Wallace Hope is leading the worlds first FDI that will inject capital directly at street level
to reduce the stress and suffering of grass roots communities, restoring liquidity, getting cash
flowing and paying off debt.

We have got the necessary approvals and we start in November 2012, said Gill Wallace
Hope, Advisor to the G20 and the Rulers of UAE in Abu Dhabi.

Payment processing will take place in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

The UAE needs all the entrepreneurs happy and healthy to build the economy and create
jobs and micro-enterprises, added Hope in a release.

Hopes Social Development Portfolio includes Green Communities for Africa and India,
200,000 micro-enterprises for unemployed women in KSA, Youth micro-enterprises for 100
million unemployed youth across MENA.

UAE Liquidity Program has a budget of approximately $14 bn (Dh 51.42 billion) and is
expected positively impact the economy by Dec 2012.

Hope said the payments will be processed from a hub in Al Bateen area. Contractors should
prepare a spreadsheet of their outstanding invoices/ employees and bring it on a USB with
the file of original invoices.

She is advising Companies to meet with the banks and suppliers to negotiate a Full & Final
settlement and bring a letter signed and stamped by 2 bank officers or one Director.

The Payment Center will operate 4 shifts of 6 hours each and every one issued a ticket will
be processed within 24 hours. Officials from 132 Government Departments have been
assigned to check documents and handle queries. 70 accountants will visit the jails and help
business owners agree payments and obtain Release letters. Once the cheques have been
processed Suppliers and employees can attend to sign and collect.

Funding has been received from QE3, G20 and Sovereign Wealth Funds, this innovative
Liquidity program is billed as a hybrid of liquidity, economic stimulus, debt reduction, poverty
alleviation and mass collaboration.

The UAE Government, World Bank, IMF, US Treasury, UK Treasury, United Nations,
Sovereign Wealth Funds, Embassies, Quantative Easing Experts and Economists from
around the world have congratulated Hope for putting this policy into practice.

Top down stimulus has not reached the street level so investing bottom up will have an
immediate effect, releasing systems from gridlock, and restoring hope. Entrepreneurs will be
able to refocus on serving their customers and re-building the Economy. USA, Italy, Greece,
