At Damixa we have always been known for our designs. This is naturally something we are proud
of. But we do not design just for the sake of the design. When we develop new mixer taps, func-
tion and quality have equal priority with personality and appearance. We call it sensible design.
But you should, of course, just follow your own good taste and choose the Damixa mixer tap that

Anti-scalding
Safety for little fingers
Anti-scalding is an adjustable temperature
limiter which ensures that it is never possible
to run water that is so hot that it might injure
and scald someone. The limiter takes effect
at 38C. The system also saves energy.
X-Change
Easy, fast and practical.
Change the mixer tap in seconds without
switching off the water. With the X-Change
system you can change your mixer tap without
using any special tools. You do not even need
to switch off the water supply. It is easy, fast
and practical.
Spray head pull out
A flexible hose.
With the Pull out system you can pull the
spray head up to 60 cm out from its fixed
position in the mixer tap. This makes it easier
to clean your sink, for example. After use,
the hose slides back into place using a simple
counterbalance system.
High Flow
From 0 to 40 litres in 60 seconds
A High Flow mixer tap fills your bath in no time.
The Hydro-flow cartridge system allows a flow
up to 40 litres of water per minute.
Swing diverter
From bath to shower in no time.
By moving the mixer tap spout, you can switch
between bath and shower head. Fast and easy.
Eco-save
Save water with Eco-save...
A water saving feature that is activated and
adjusted on a small screw on the ceramic
cartridge. You can save up to 25-30 % of
your normal water usage, which benets
both you and the environment.
Dishwasher shut-off
valve
Off in a flash.
An integrated valve that makes it possible
to have the water supply to the dishwasher
under the worktop. It also makes it possible
to switch off the water quickly.
Cool Tech
Keep cool.
Cool Tech is a system which ensures that
the mixer tap never gets too hot. The cold
water runs on the outside in the mixer tap
so that only the cold water influences the
surface temperature.
Aqua Seal
Everything sealed off.
On a selection of Damixa mixer taps with pull-out
spray heads, the Aqua Seal ensures that water
cannot run down under the worktop when the
spray head is being used and when it is fitted
in its holder.

TM
Now you can switch mixer tap
in less than 20 seconds
With X-Change you can change your Damixa mixer without
using any special tools, and without turning of the water.
It takes just a few seconds, and you do not
even need to switch off the water supply.
Nor do you need to spend time looking for a
pipe wrench and other special tools.
The X-Change system is a perfect solution
for many applications, for example in flats,
where you can choose between several dif-
ferent models, but also in hotels because it
is easy to replace a single dripping tap. The
X-Change system is also beneficial where
it is expedient to fit all the mixer taps at the
end of a construction period.

Kitchen Simplicity
The OSIER Series consists of 3 different spouts, so you can
choose the model that goes hand in hand with the other styles
of the room. Whichever OSIER model you prefer, you will get
an elegant one-grip tting with both anti-scalding and water
saving features.
OSIER also comes supplied with Damixas patented X-Change
base as standard, which makes it possible to change the t-
tings in less than 20 seconds.
OSIER is manufactured in chrome, but a version in stainless
steel is already on the drawing board.

Conditions for using Damixa products
Damixa products are designed to suit all types
of installations and have been approved in many
countries throughout the world. It is important
that certain factors are taken into consideration
when deciding which Damixa model is best for you
Pressure, capacity and noise conditions:
Check that the selected model meets your requirements. The high pressure mixer
taps usually require a minimum of 120-150 kPa and a maximum of 600 kPa to work
efficiently. To enable the 1- and 2- handle mixer taps to cover a very wide pressure
area the aerator should be replaced with a flow straightener.

Space requirement:
Ensure that you have sufficient space for the selected model to be installed correct-
ly. The dimensional sketches and installation instructions, which are included in the
box of every mixer tap (and can be found under each product here on the website),
will provide you with the tap dimensions.
Cleaning:
To clean your Damixa product, wipe it with a soft clean cloth after use. Soapy water
or a liquid cleaning agent can be used, but no scouring agents must be used. Grime
or deposits of calcium can be removed by using Vinegar or a weak solution of aci-
dic acid, leave this to work for a short while and then rinse, using plenty of water.
PLEASE NOTE: The guarantee will be invalid if the incorrect cleaning material have
been used.
Important factors!
Please ensure that your Damixa product does not come into contact with any strong
acids, perticulary Hydrochloric Acid or any other agents that contain Chloric Chemi-
cals. Colored finishes may fade if exposed to direct sunlight over a continual period
of time.
Maintenance precaution against frost damage:
PLEASE NOTE: When installing a Damixa tap in a summer residence, where there
may be a risk of frost damage, turn the mixer tapp off at the main supply and then
drain any residual water.
Damixa Warranty
The following warranty provisions shall apply to pro-
ducts delivered by Damixa ApS:
Any products which are found to have manufacturing defects shall be replaced or repaired
free of charge upon being returned carriage paid to Damixa within a maximum period of two
(2) years from the date of invoice.
The warranty shall apply only where the defect is attributable to faulty materials or faulty
manufacture and where such defect has not been caused by erroneous handling, incorrect
tting or inadequate maintenance, neglect or unusual wear and tear.
In the event of product defects which are covered by Damixas warranty, the following
guidelines should be followed:
Defects found upon receipt, in connection with the installation or after installation shall be
reported to the distributor from which the product was purchased with a view to agreeing
on any remedying of the defect or return of the product. The distributor shall subsequently
contact Damixa directly.

Terms of Sale and Delivery
Introduction:
The following terms of sale and delivery apply to all despatches from this company except where an alterna-
tive agreement has been established in writing.
Placing of orders:
The buyer is responsible for obtaining any necessary import licences, etc. required.

Literature, catalogues etc.:
Technical information and illustrations in catalogues, leaets, etc. are subject to alteration and amendment
without prior notice.
Packing:
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the prices quoted are inclusive of packing or other protection for ship-
ment, which, under normal transportation conditions is required to prevent damage or deterioration of the
articles until they arrive at the point of destination stated in the order.
Shipment:
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, articles are sold ex works and the method of shipment is selected ac-
cording to our best judgement and without responsibility for freight differences, which may occur. Unless it
has been agreed in writing to the contrary, the date at which the risk is transferred is xed according to the
international rules of interpretation of commercial expressions (Incoterms) made out by the International
Chamber of Commerce, valid at the time of acceptance of the order.
Date of despatch:
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, conrmation of an order will be sent stating estimated date of despatch
according to our best judgement. We take no responsibility for any consequential losses due to the late
despatch.
Prices:
Articles are normally supplied at the prices stated in quotations or order conrmations. Where a change
of price occurs at our works before the date of despatch agreed upon, the prices will automatically be
adjusted.
Returned goods:
Goods shall only be returned via the wholesale plumbing supplier/distributor and subject to prior agreement
where Damixa species the return number which must be enclosed with the return product along with a
copy of the invoice. The good shall be marketable and must be returned in original packaging in undamaged
condition. Provided that the goods are returned carriage paid, a 20 % return charge will be deducted.
Freedom from responsibility:
The company cannot take responsibility for delays, cancellations or other problems resulting from working
conict and other similar circumstances of which the parties are not in control such as re, war mobilisation
or unforeseen military calling of corresponding extent, requisition, conscation, currency restrictions, re-
volts and disturbances, lack of means of transport, general shortage of articles, rejection of greater works,
restrictions of motive power and defects of deliveries from subsuppliers or delay of such deliveries being due
to some of the circumstances mentioned under this item.
Re-export:
The goods cannot be re-exported without written agreement.
Arbitration:
Any disputes concerning these terms of sale or resulting from additional agreements or concerning legal
matters covered, will be settled under Danish Law but cannot be subjected to examination by court and will
be settled by arbitration in conformity with Danish Law.
Damixas policy is one of continual refinement in the design and performance of our products. Therefore we
reserve the right to change the specifications at any time. For this reason the Damixa product you purchase may
differ slightly in appearance from that pictured.
