German Apple Pancakes

Ingredients: Cup Butter 1 1/3 Cup Flour 1 Cup Milk 4 Eggs 1 Tspn. Salt Apple Filling: 1-2 Large Apples 2 Tbsp. Butter 1 Cup Sugar Nutmeg and Cinnamon to taste Directions: Batter: Prehear oven to 400 degrees F. Melt butter in a 9x13 casserole pan. Beat eggs, milk, flour and salt together. Pour batter over the melted butter. Allow to bake for 20-25 minutes. Filling: Peel and slice apples. Melt butter in a frying pan. Add apples, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg into the skillet and cook for 10 minutes until mixture caramelizes and apples become tender. Break down the center of the pancake and pour filling over the baked pancake. ENJOY!
