Chop Salad lb.

. bacon, cooked until crispy and crumbled one large head of romaine, (or assortment of mixed greens) washed, and chopped 1 tomato, chopped 1 seedless cucumber, quartered, then sliced 1 red onion, chopped fine 10 oz. marinated artichoke hearts, chopped 1-10 oz. jar roasted peppers, chopped 1 lb. box ditalini pasta, cooked and rinsed 10 oz gorgonzola, bleu or feta cheese crumbled

Chop Salad Dressing 1 c. mayonnaise c. sour cream 6 T. red wine vinegar 2 T. balsamic vinegar c. honey 1 t. Worcestershire sauce 1/8 t. salt 1/8 t. pepper Whisk all ingredients together. Refrigerate. Makes 3 cups.
