EIA Capacitor Codes

This international code is widely used to mark various types of capacitors.
Ceramic; Polyester and SMD. First and most times there are three numbers.
The first two digits represent the initial value; the third digit is the multiplier;
followed by the tolerance (displayed as letter). If only two numbers then value
is displayed as pF. The resultant is always given as pF
ie. 472J = 47(2) two zeros = 4700pF = 4.7nF = 0.0047uF
