Definition Spare parts are prosthetic components and instruments in the Nobel Biocare product range that are essential to maintaining existing fabricated restorations on patients (clinical demand).

Procedure The Healing Abutment is connected to the implant with the 0.050" hexagon screwdriver. Before final tightening, verify with a radiograph that the abutment is completely seated to confirm the metal-to-metal interface. Precautions It is imperative that all tissue and bone fragments be removed from the implant interface before seating the Healing Abutment. This device allows the formation of a soft tissue collar around the implant.
Contraindications Should not be used to support a temporary restoration. Cleaning and Sterilization Recommendation The devices are delivered sterile. Opened packages of abutments that have never entered the oral cavity of a patient may be cleaned and steam autoclaved, according to established procedures, at the local hospital or clinic.

PME Transmucosal Abutment

Procedure Place the PME Transmucosal Abutment with the Transmucosal Abutment Wrench. Verify with a radiograph that the abutment is completely seated to confirm the metal-to-metal interface with the implant. Finish tightening with the torque wrench at 35 Ncm and with the Transmucosal Abutment Insert. Tighten the restoration onto the PME Abutments with coping screws tightened and torqued to 35 Ncm.

This abutment is used for a multiple-unit screwretained prosthesis for an implant with less than a 40 divergent profile.
Contraindications The PME Transmucosal Abutment supports singletooth restorations. Cleaning and Sterilization Recommendation The devices are delivered sterile. Opened packages of abutments that have never entered the oral cavity of a patient may be cleaned and steam autoclaved according to established procedures for similar products at a local hospital or clinic.
Precautions It is imperative that all tissue and bone fragments be removed from the implant interface before seating the PME Transmucosal Abutment. Note that the torque wrench cannot be used to tighten the titanium-healing cap that is placed over the abutment prior to temporization. Take an impression directly over the O-Ring Abutment and send to a lab. Relieve the denture over the abutment, if necessary. Place the denture and check occlusion. Precautions It is imperative that all tissue and bone fragments be removed from the implant interface before seating the O-Ring Abutment. O-Ring Abutment
This abutment is a permanent intra-oral abutment secured to the implant for implant-retained, tissue-supported overdentures, typically with two or more relatively parallel (<10) implants.
Contraindications The O-Ring Abutment supports single-tooth restorations and/or implants less than 13 mm in length. Cleaning and Sterilization Recommendation The devices are delivered sterile. The retaining screw must protrude through the opening of the impression tray and be clearly visible. After the material has set, loosen and remove the impression.

This device is used when the location, angulation of the hex or internal chamber of the implant will be transferred to a diagnostic model. The implant impression will give the lab a working model of the implant.

Der Gingivaformer wird mit dem Sechskantschraubendreher von 0,050 Zoll auf das Implantat geschraubt. Stellen Sie vor dem endgltigen Festziehen anhand eines Rntgenbildes sicher, dass das Abutment vollstndig auf dem Kopf des Implantates sitzt.

Alle Gewebe- und Knochenreste mssen vor dem Einsetzen des Gingivaformers vom Implantatbergang entfernt werden. Zahnrzte, die Steri-Oss und Replace Systeme verwenden, sollten sich durch entsprechende Schulungen und Fortbildungen auf die jeweilige Behandlungsmethode vorbereiten. Bei diesem Abutment handelt es sich um ein permanentes intraorales Abutment, das fr implantatgetragene, gewebegesttzte Deckprothesen am Implantat befestigt wird; in der Regel werden mindestens zwei relativ parallele Implantate (<10) verwendet.
Kontraindikationen
Das O-Ring Abutment untersttzt Einzelzahnversorgungen und/oder Implantate mit einer Lnge von weniger als 13 mm.

El pilar de cicatrizacin Healing Abutment se conecta al implante mediante el destornillador hexagonal 0,050". Antes del apriete final, compruebe con una radiografa que el pilar est completamente asentado para confirmar la interfase con el implante.
Precauciones
Es fundamental retirar todos los restos de tejido y de hueso de la interfase del implante antes de colocar el pilar de cicatrizacin Healing Abutment. Los profesionales que utilizan los sistemas Steri-Oss y Replace deben obtener la formacin y prcticas adecuadas para el nivel de tratamiento que van a proporcionar. Recomendaciones sobre la limpieza y esterilizacin

Los dispositivos se suministran estriles. Los envases abiertos de pilares que no han entrado en contacto con la cavidad oral de un paciente pueden limpiarse y esterilizarse en autoclave de vapor siguiendo el procedimiento aplicado en el hospital o la clnica.

Tambin puede utilizarse para fabricar un pilar personalizado para una restauracin cementada. pilar est completamente asentado para confirmar la interfase con el implante.

Coloque el pilar PME Transmucosal Abutment con la llave Transmucosal Abutment Wrench. Compruebe con una radiografa que el pilar est completamente asentado para confirmar la interfase con el implante. Para finalizar, apriete con la llave de torque a 35 Ncm e introduzca el pilar Transmucosal Abutment. Apriete la restauracin en los pilares PME Abutments con cilindros de pilar a un torque de 35 Ncm.

El pilar PME Transmucosal Abutment soporta restauraciones unitarias.

Procedimiento
Coloque el pilar O-Ring Abutment. Compruebe con una radiografa que el pilar est completamente asentado para confirmar la interfase con el implante. Apriete a 35 Ncm. Tome una impresin directamente sobre el pilar O-Ring Abutment y envela al laboratorio. En caso necesario, rebase la dentadura en la zona del pilar. Coloque la dentadura y compruebe la oclusin.

Se trata de un pilar permanente intraoral conectado al implante y en el que se fija una sobredentadura implanto mucosoportada, normalmente con dos o ms implantes relativamente paralelos (<10).
Contraindicaciones
