Step4 Your child should gradually build up to 25 yards of running nonstop.
Graduallydecreasehissessionsto10duringhisonemilewalk.(10x25

Step5 Your child should gradually increase to 50 yards of running, decreasing the
sessionsto6timesduringeachonemilewalk.(6x50yardsofrunning.)
Step6 Yourchildshould gradually increaseto150yardsofrunningfourtimesinhis
