ABSTRACT
The objective of writing is to design, implementation and optimization of open source unified communication using Differentiated Services Code Point (DSCP) in the State Owned Asset Management Company (PT.PPA). The research methodology used are the methods of analysis (SWOT, pre-test and post-test) and the methods of design (design topology and the design of Quality of Services). The result achieved in this study is to create a unified communication network that runs smoothly and optimized with the DSCP. The conclusion was found that by using DSCP to reduce the occurrence of delay, jitter and packet loss in unified communication networks. ABSTRAK
Tujuan penulisan adalah melakukan desain, implementasi dan optimasi opensource unified communication dengan menggunakan metode Differentiated Services Code Point (DSCP) pada PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode analisa (SWOT, pre-test dan post-test) dan metode perancangan (perancangan topologi dan perancangan Quality of Services). Hasil yang dicapai pada penelitian ini adalah membuat jaringan unified communication yang berjalan lancar dan teroptimasi dengan DSCP. Kesimpulan yang didapatkan bahwa dengan menggunakan DSCP mengurangi terjadinya delay, jitter dan packet loss pada jaringan unified communication. Kata kunci :Unified Communication, QoS , DSCP, Jaringan Perusahaan.
