1. Motivate why you would qualify for a scholarship to Sweden. [Max 600 characters incl. spaces]. In this ever-changing world of Engineering and Technology, where each new day sees a spate of new concepts and applications and each passing day makes them obsolete, I wanted to attain the highest level of education and transcend new horizons in Environmental Engineering. In Ethiopia there is a little emphasis on research work during Msc .So I inspired to study my Msc in Sweden because of Sweden has a lead to the development of one of the strongest industry in environmental technology in the world and it's universitys have more emphasis on research and fully equipped with lab facilities.

2. Give three examples of how your intended studies in Sweden and your choice of study program would affect your personal and professional/ academic development. [Max 600 characters incl. spaces]. 1.Will Enables me to be interdisciplinary , systems specialists who will bring together, coordinate and manage all the specialists to solve complex environmental problems and promote sustainable development . 2.Will Increase my knowledge of the properties and functions of waters and ecosystems, learn how to assess the local and global environmental impacts of human activities, and apply advanced methods, techniques and modeling tools to describe, quantify and solve environmental problem. 3.Will further open a way to my future academic development to presume PhD and post doc. on this stream.

3. Describe how your intended studies in Sweden would contribute to the development of your home country [Max 600 characters incl. spaces]. Ethiopian current Environment issues: deforestation; overgrazing; soil erosion; desertification and water shortages. So I will collaborate with environmental scientists, hazardous waste technicians, engineers, and other specialists, and experts in law and business to address environmental problems. I will be immediate input for the newly Environmental Engineering programme which will going to be opened, which has no local expert to run. I will advise corporations and government agencies of procedures to follow in cleaning up contaminated sites in order to protect people and the environment.
