A more streamlined approach to job sharing a class, utilizing features such as Weebly for a paperless program, allowing for greater communication and uniformity across the week. Greater communication using mediums such as Edmodo, class blogging and email

Collaborate with Danielle to design a working online program using a Weebly account to maintain a consistency in programming and evaluating programs

A greater implementation of technology in the classroom, with a particular focus on the use of iPads as a whole class learning tool. In particular, develop a 6 month trial with a minimum of 6 iPads in the class full time, to develop effective lessons for their use to share with staff.

Make a greater effort to utilise the technology available to me on a daily basis, e.g. IWB Devise effective teaching and learning activities to incorporate the iPads into literacy and numeracy lessons. Share these lessons with other staff if proven effective Undertake any professional learning available on the most effective ways to implement these technologies into the classroom. eg attend the Apple Learning Tour conference, attend the PLANE Festival of Learning

Opportunities to participate in professional development in a range of technologies eg attend the Apple Learning Tour conference, attend the PLANE Festival of Learning Time to explore the iPads and IWB more fully to develop a greater understanding of how they could best be used Support in approaching businesses and P&C for donations/funds

Work to develop whole staff professional development and competence in all areas of technology, based on individual needs and majority areas for development

Introduce a Techie brekkie (working with the other ICT coordinators) where staff can attend voluntary 20-30 min sessions run in the mornings (up to 4 or 5 times a term) on a variety of areas such as twitter, video conferencing, web 2.0, blogging etc - idea comes from the successes of Henrietta Miller at Roseville College Introduce the idea of TeachMeets to staff as a way of Professional development in "things that have worked" for colleagues in other schools. Introduce and encourage staff to access PLANE as a way to further their skills in ICT and integrate it into the curriculum.
