General
- FM1000TS is a framing station for production of wall
panels
- The station is operated by one individual

- Nailing is automatic at given positions

- Easily adjustable for different wall dimensions

- Ergonomic and safe for the operator

Technical data
- 4 holders for nailing guns (guns are not
included)
- Nailing is done with 1-4 nails for each sequence

- Two pair of roller stands for the infeed of the

element
- Roller conveyor for outfeed of the element

- Along both sides run positionable stops that are

easily programmed step by step.
FM1000TS makes sure that your production of wooden frame is accurate and fast!

Functional description
- Program the c/c for the studs

- Position top and bottom plate and clamp them

- Position a stud towards the stop and clamp it

- Start the nailing sequence

- Push the frame work forward towards the stops after

completed nailing sequence
- Position following stud and repeat as above
