Movie Critic: Evan Almighty The movie I have chosen to talk about is Evan Almighty.

I chose this movie because I just finished watching it. The movie is about a man named Evan Baxter who prays to god about how he wants to change the world. God takes this into consideration. Evan then talks with god, and god orders him to make an ark, because of the huge flood that god told him about. Soon, animals start following Evan around, and Evan starts growing a beard. Now Evan resembles Noah, from the bible. Everybody now thinks that Evan is a weirdo. Evan leaves his job as an executive to follow the calling to build an ark. His boss proves to be a dishonest and greedy man planning build a sub division regardless of the dangers and environmental damage it would cause. I picked to talk about this movie because I enjoyed it, and I laughed. The movie kept me intrigued, and I actually stayed awake, curious to see how it ended. Evan Almighty is a great movie if you want a good laugh! I also found that this movie was very well done, and had good acting. This movie is a great family movie, therefore I rate it a 9 out of 10.
